Key Responsibilities: Spearhead the development and execution of aggressive, modern retail strategies to surpass monthly sales volumes and capture market share. Assume full P&L responsibility, driving financial performance through astute budgeting, rigorous cost containment, and accurate forecasting. Orchestrate seamless operational synergy across New & Pre-Owned Sales, Workshop/After-Sales, Parts, and Finance & Insurance departments. Cultivate a high-performance culture by mentoring, coaching, and empowering a diverse workforce towards customer-centric excellence. Uphold impeccable relationships and ensure strict operational alignment with brand manufacturers and group leadership. Champion operational efficiencies and drive innovation across all dealership functions to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction. Essential Requirements: A minimum of 10 years of direct experience as a Dealer Principal or General Manager within a franchised OEM automotive dealership Demonstrated financial acumen, with a deep understanding of automotive retail variables, gross profit sheets, and fixed operations throughput. A relevant tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Finance, or Marketing) is highly preferred. A highly assertive, results-driven professional with a proven ability to perform under intense pressure and in fast-paced market conditions. Possession of a valid, unendorsed driver's license and a completely clear criminal record.
