SUMMARY

POSITION INFO

Are you highly organised with a passion for maintenance planning and coordination? We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing environment, ensuring maintenance activities are effectively planned, tracked, and executed to maximise equipment uptime and production efficiency. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and issue preventative maintenance schedules for machinery, tooling, and plant equipment. Monitor maintenance activities to ensure repairs and servicing are completed on time. Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair logs, and documentation. Liaise with the Plant & Facilities Manager regarding maintenance progress and outstanding issues. Communicate machine and tooling status with Production and Production Planning teams. Coordinate and manage TPM Level 1 & 2 audits. Control critical maintenance spare parts inventory and ensure stock accuracy. Purchase and expedite maintenance spare parts as required. Update maintenance plans and process documentation based on technician feedback. Operate and maintain the maintenance management system for accurate planning and reporting. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance coordination or administration experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong administrative and record-keeping abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems will be advantageous. Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering studies would be advantageous. What We're Looking For Excellent planning and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
