Software Delivery & Project Management
- Own the full product/project lifecycle from inception to decommissioning.
- Align strategy with business and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance, performance tracking, and benefit realization.
Team Management
- Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
- Drive performance development and career growth.
- Manage team budgets and resource planning.
Continuous Improvement
- Champion automation and software engineering maturity.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Relevant Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- Experience: 8–10 years of relevant work experience in software engineering.
- Certifications: Not mandatory, but advantageous.
