- An exciting opportunity exists for a Legal Supervisor\\ to join a well-established legal team. This role is ideal for an admitted attorney who enjoys mentoring others, leading a team and ensuring legal matters are managed efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of paralegals, candidate legal practitioners and attorneys
- Assist Legal Managers with the day-to-day running of the department
- Provide guidance, coaching and technical support to the team
- Monitor workflow and ensure matters are progressed efficiently
- Admitted Attorney
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Debt collection experience would be advantageous
