SUMMARY

Our client, a growing organisation in Display and Branding, is seeking to employ a motivated and results-driven Quality Controller to join their team based in Kew, Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO

Requirements: Relevant Degree or Diploma. 3-5 years experience in a similar role. Responsibilities but not limited to: Conduct in-process and final product inspections. Verify product specifications, measurements, workmanship, and compliance with quality standards. Approve or reject products based on established quality criteria. Quality Management: Monitor adherence to company quality procedures and standards. Investigate quality issues and identify root causes. Recommend and implement corrective and preventative actions. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate quality inspection records and reports. Record non-conformances and corrective actions. Prepare quality performance reports for management. Production Support: Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns. Provide guidance on quality requirements and best practices. Ensure quality standards are consistently maintained throughout the manufacturing process. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Participate in internal and external quality audits.
