POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Install, service, maintain, and repair industrial food processing machinery at customer sites. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out effective repairs. Manage multiple service calls and job cards while meeting customer deadlines. Provide professional technical support and build strong client relationships. Complete service reports and ensure accurate documentation. Work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service. Participate in the on-call roster every second week, including weekends when required (paid as overtime).
