We’re looking for a Head of Reporting: FP&A who understands that.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is responsible for leading financial reporting, business partnering, and commercial analysis across a Life Insurance business. You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality reporting, driving performance insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring alignment between financial performance and business objectives.

It’s about being the link between financial performance, commercial strategy, and business outcomes. You'll bring together complex financial, actuarial, and operational information to help leaders make informed decisions and drive business success.
You'll
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting cycles across the Life business.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting under IFRS 17, IFRS 9, and Solvency II requirements.
- Deliver high-quality management information and performance commentary to Executive, Board, and Group stakeholders.
- Own the delivery of monthly reporting packs for distribution partners, including performance, commissions, persistency, revenue share, and servicing metrics.
- Coordinate financial and operational reporting across Distribution, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
- Lead the annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting process in partnership with actuarial and business teams.
- Translate actuarial forecasts and projections into commercially relevant insights and performance views.
- Evaluate product, channel, and partner performance to support strategic growth and optimisation decisions.
- Provide scenario modelling, financial analysis, and decision support for strategic initiatives.
- Act as a trusted finance partner to senior leaders across Distribution, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
- Support the evaluation of partner opportunities, pricing strategies, and business growth initiatives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team across reporting, business partnering, and commercial analysis.
- Drive finance transformation, process improvement, reporting automation, and enhanced data governance practices.
- Maintain robust financial controls, audit readiness, and compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
