Marketing Officer

Organisation: Maseru Private Hospital

Maseru Private Hospital invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Marketing Officer.

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies that promote the Hospital’s products, services, and brand. The role includes strategic planning, team coordination, and performance analysis across multiple marketing channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Advertising& Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage and oversee marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email, events, and other channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all platforms.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using KPIs and analytical tools.
Manage marketing budgets and optimise return on investment (ROI).
Lead and mentor marketing team members or coordinate with external agencies.
Plan and execute product launches and promotional activities.

Job Specifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a recognised institution of higher learning.

Experience

Proven experience in marketing management or a similar field.

Knowledge and Skills

Proven experience in marketing management or a similar role.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Adaptability in a fast-changing and dynamic environment.
