POSITION INFO

Your Role As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for transforming client drawings and concepts into fabrication-ready models that can be successfully manufactured and installed. You'll work closely with project teams while gaining hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technologies, including laser scanning and 3D modelling. Key Responsibilities Create fabrication-ready 3D models from client drawings and design information Produce detailed shop drawings for manufacturing and fabrication purposes Generate DXF files, cutting lists, and associated fabrication deliverables Collaborate with project managers to ensure models meet project and fabrication requirements Conduct laser scanning activities on-site when required Merge, process, and clean laser scan data Ensure engineering drawings and models meet quality and production standards Support the successful delivery of fabrication and construction projects What We're Looking For Qualifications Draughting and 3D Modelling Qualification National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience 0 to 2 years' experience in 3D modelling and draughting SolidWorks experience is essential Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work effectively within a project-driven environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Why Apply?
