Job Description About the Role Are you an experienced Wealth Manager looking to elevate your career within one of South Africa's premier financial service groups? Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a high-performing Wealth Manager to join their dynamic team . In this role, you will leverage a data-informed, integrated advice approach to deliver holistic financial planning for high-net-worth clients . You will formulate customized strategies across investment solutions, risk management, estate planning, and cash management to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals . Key Responsibilities Holistic Advisory: Analyze client financial information to construct tailored proposals in investment planning, risk solutions, estate planning, and cash management . Growth & Retention: Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets, identifying new client opportunities, and educating clients to maximize retention . Quality & Compliance: Deliver consistent, high-quality advice in alignment with internal investment philosophies and approved product matrices . Client Relationship Management: Provide ongoing progress reports against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) . Networking & Expansion: Build strong alliances across internal stakeholders and represent the business in relevant industry forums . Qualifications & Experience Required Education: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation paired with a relevant degree in Finance, Investments, Economics, or related fields . Experience: Proven track record in providing bespoke wealth management solutions at a managerial level . Licensing: CAT 1 license (signed off for supervision) is mandatory .
