Stock Controller - Paarl

Our client Paarl, in the hospitality industry is seeking an experienced

Stock Controller with a solid background in hospitality stock management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full stock control process from ordering to reconciliation.

Conduct stock takes, cycle counts, and investigate stock variances.

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.

Monitor stock levels to minimise shortages, overstocking, and waste.

Work closely with suppliers and operational teams to ensure efficient stock flow.

Ensure compliance with stock control procedures

.

Minimum Requirements

Proven stock control experience in the hospitality industry (essential).

Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock takes, and reconciliations.

Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Computer literate with inventory management system experience.

Able to work under pressure with exceptional attention to detail.

Working Hours

Tuesday to Saturday.

Must be willing to work hospitality trading hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
