Senior Restaurant / Bar Manager - Sandton

Upmarket Restaurant / Bar in Sandton is looking for a senior manager. Candidates with 8+ years Restaurant management experience will be considered. Must have strong all-round management skills with the ability to manage a Bar & Restaurant front and back of house. Applicants must be well spoken with very good communications skills. Strong knowledge of liquor cost and stock management essential. Must be skilled in cash up reconciliation, customer relations, opening & closing procedures. All references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team. Must have strong staff management and training skills.
