To provide administrative support, the incumbent will be expected to be flexible in managing diverse requests and tasks.
Are You Someone Who Can
- Process and administer loan repayment collections accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of schemes records.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Administer scheme loans, prepare and maintain accurate reporting, and documentation related to scheme loan operations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Manage relationships with scheme stakeholders, addressing queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all loan administration activities.
You will be an ideal candidate if you
- Have a degree in Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent.
- Have 0 -1 years of experience in a fast-paced, numbers-driven environment, with strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
