Preventative Maintenance Artisan

A position for Preventative Maintenance Artisan has become available within the Maintenance Department at BTT Richards Bay.

The purpose of the job is to plan and execute daily preventative maintenance plans, to provide an effective and efficient maintenance service to all BTT sites in Richards Bay. The incumbent will report frequently on preventative maintenance adherence, condition of assets and any deviations observed during inspections.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

Good knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Welding.

Excellent planning skills

Good understanding of maintenance in a chemical and gas operation.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Be a team player and create a team environment.

Good knowledge of API 650/653

Good knowledge of ISO 9001,14001 and 45001

Be able to work independently.
