Our client in the IT services and industrial technology sector is looking for a skilled, analytical minded experienced Bookkeeper

that will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth running of daily finance functions.

POSITION INFO

Minimum requirements: Relevant bookkeeping or finance qualification Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills Experience on ERP or accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle or similar) Solid understanding of VAT and reconciliations Strong numerical and analytical ability Capture daily financial transactions Process supplier payments Manage accounts payable Process company credit card transactions Reconcile bank accounts Reconcile supplier and customer accounts Investigate and resolve reconciling items Assist with VAT returns Maintain accurate financial records Ensure documents are audit ready Consultant: Andri Joubert - Dante Personnel Greenstone Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
