Due Diligence Manager

The firm is recruiting a manager to work in its deals team, primarily focused on financial due diligence, with support across JSE advisory and valuation engagements as required. The manager will assist in providing deal-related services, principally from a financial and accounting perspective, to both financial and strategic buyers and vendors.

Experience Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification such as CA(SA), CFA, MBA or a Master's degree in Finance, Applied Finance or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years post articles corporate finance experience;
• Current experience working in a transaction financial due diligence role at a manager level
