Qualified Fitter and Turner Contract opportunity.

This opportunity is based in Mpumalanga and is on a mine. This is a 6 mth contract opportunity starting 1 September 2026. The accommodation and a vehicle will be provided. (you will need to feed yourself).

The objective in the contract is to:

• Start up the plant.
• Refurbish all the pumps on the plant and all the float cells including rubber lining and ceramic tiling the float cell vessels.
• Be the client's eyes and ears on the ground looking for opportunities to get more work on site over and above the initial mandate.
• Sober habits / team player / willing to go the extra mile / high safety awareness/community team player.

Our client is looking for a Qualified Fitter and Turner with the following experience:

• Flotation,
• Filter press,
• Slurry pumps,
• Mills,
• Rubber lining,
• Ceramic tiling,
• and General admin (time sheets / project plans / basic reporting / emails)
