Branch Manager - George

Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility Software-as-a-Service tech company operating across 23 countries, is looking for a Branch Manager in George. You will be reporting to the National Operations Manager: SA Branches.

• Lead and manage a team of sales, technical, operational and administrative staff to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain existing client relationships and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction levels
• Ensure that quality is maintained at all levels of branch operations
• Drive sales targets, assist commercial sales team to source new business
• Branch reporting

• 5 years proven experience in sales and branch & operations management, ideally within the telematics, technology, automotive, logistics or fleet management industries (managing a sales team)
• Strong business acumen with a focus on customer relations
• Ability to lead and manage a diverse team sales team, ensuring the branch reaches target
• Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Applied Excel at intermediate level
• National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
• Tertiary education (advantageous)
