About Our Client

Our client is an Australian company specialising in plant-available silica solutions designed to support healthier, more productive crops and improve soil performance. With a focus on innovation, sustainability and agricultural productivity, they provide silica products to help growers improve plant resilience and optimise crop outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible to complete warehouse duties as well as internal sales daily. You will work Monday Friday, 8;30AM starts, 4:30PM finishes. You will be working from the Brendale store & you will be responsible for the below;

• Forklift operating, loading trucks and moving stock around the warehouse/yard
• Preparing orders
• Taking calls and processing orders
• Following up with customers, updating CRM system
• Data entry/using computer to enter orders

What You Will Need

• Previous admin/internal sales experience
• Confident phone manner
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous warehouse/forklift experience
• Highly reliable
• Valid Drivers Licence
• Forklift licence and experience operating
