The Financial Educationalist will be responsible for the development and implementation of financial education programmes aimed at empowering financial consumers with knowledge and skills for informed financial decision-making.
Areas Of Responsibility
- Developing and implementing annual financial education programmes for enhancing the financial capability of consumers in Lesotho.
- Conducting annual financial consumer education needs assessments to inform the design of the financial education programme.
- Developing financial education knowledge products on different personal finance themes and emerging consumer risks.
- Conducting financial education seminars for different segments of consumers.
- Leveraging technology to deliver financial education programmes.
- Producing and presenting quarterly financial education reports.
- Producing quarterly financial education strategy monitoring and evaluation reports.
- Evaluating the impact of financial education campaigns.
- Compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial education initiatives data for sharing with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
All candidates wishing to apply should have the above-stated behavioural competencies and the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor of Education in Business Education.
- Proven proficiency in Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Physical Certification).
