ð WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Promote and sell holiday reservations telephonically.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Promote and sell the resort in a professional, engaging and enthusiastic manner.
• Achieve and exceed relevant sales and performance targets.
• Assist and engage with guests to promote the property and its offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the reservation process.

â REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a reservations or sales environment.
• Working knowledge of Opera / Opera Cloud.
• Knowledge of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), including Booking.com.
• Knowledge of reservations procedures and SOPs.
• Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Eloquent and professional manner.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong desire for self-improvement and career growth.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
