- We’re hiring: Regional Brand Growth Lead | Cape TownJawitz Properties is looking for a talented, energetic and highly proactive marketing professional to help us take our Cape Town brand presence to the next level.This is not a role where you simply manage a marketing calendar.We’re looking for someone who wants to get into the market, understand our neighbourhoods, work closely with our agents and leadership teams, identify opportunities and turn great ideas into marketing activity that creates real commercial impact.You’ll work across our Southern Suburbs, CBD and Atlantic Seaboard offices, helping us build stronger local visibility, execute standout campaigns and create a more consistent and engaging presence in the communities we serve.The role will include:
- Local area and neighbourhood marketing campaigns
- Social media and content planning
- Community events, sponsorships and partnerships
- Agent marketing and personal brand support
- Premium property and listing launch campaigns
- CRM campaign coordination and reporting
- Working with photographers, videographers, designers, printers and other suppliers
