Software Developer .NET/C# & Acumatica

Our client is seeking a talented Software Developer to join their growing technology team in Alberton. This is an exciting opportunity for a developer with strong C# and .NET experience who enjoys building business applications, integrating systems, and contributing to ERP development. Previous Acumatica ERP experience is highly advantageous, but experienced .NET developers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using C# and .NET.
• Design, develop, and support customisations within the Acumatica ERP platform.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Develop new functionality based on business requirements.
• Troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing application support.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Support ERP enhancements and business process automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in software development.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• Experience building REST APIs and integrations.
• Solid SQL Server and database development skills.
• Experience with Visual Studio and Git.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Advantageous Skills

• Acumatica ERP development or customisation experience.
• ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core.
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end technologies.
• Microsoft Azure experience.
• ERP integrations.
• Exposure to the ISP, telecommunications, or technology sectors.
