A leading automotive component manufacturer is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimise manufacturing operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, cost control and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Relevant Degree/Diploma in Operations, Engineering or related field
• 8+ years’ experience in automotive component manufacturing
• Proven experience managing production, quality, maintenance and operational teams
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and automotive quality standards
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
