The candidate must demonstrate they have proven litigations skills at both magistrates’ courts and especially High Court
Ability to work independently and with a team
Must be familiar with the High Court Rules and Case Lines and Court Online
Right of appearance at the High Court is a must as well as proven consistent attendance at magistrates’ court for opposed matters
Must show strong drafting of all pleadings, research and drafting opinions without the need of counsels
Candidate will primarily undertake work for Municipalities and State-Owned Companies, experience in servicing these types of entities shall add as an advantage
