Stock Controller

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Stock Controller to join our team in Richards Bay. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a solid understanding of heavy‑vehicle parts, and the ability to manage multiple spreadsheets with accuracy.

•Oversee Tyre Management and maintain accurate records.

•Manage the Service Sheet, including service kits and ordering of parts.

•Maintain the Attendance Register and ensure staff records are up to date.

•Handle Job Cards and keep the COF Sheet updated.

•Update the Work‑in‑Progress Sheet regularly.

•Manage the issuing and return of equipment.

•Perform Stock Control and monitor inventory levels.

•Oversee Driver hand‑over and equipment control.

•Submit invoices for processing promptly.

•Good knowledge of heavy‑vehicle parts.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

•Ability to maintain approximately five spreadsheets accurately and up to date.

•Strong organizational and administrative skills.

•Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

R10 000.00 - R12 000.00 per month
