• Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of Vehicle Examiners and administrative staff, fostering a culture of performance and professionalism.
• Uphold the absolute integrity and accuracy of vehicle testing processes and documentation, ensuring reliability and trust.
• Cultivate strong relationships with regulatory bodies and expertly navigate the NaTIS system for seamless operations.
• Drive exceptional customer experiences, resolving queries and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Continuously analyse station performance metrics to identify and implement innovative improvements for sustained success.

• National Senior Certificate (Matric).
• Grade A Examiner of Vehicles Certificate (Essential).
• Management Representative Certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years' practical experience as a qualified Vehicle Examiner.
• Sound and demonstrable knowledge of the National Road Traffic Act.
• Proficiency in the NaTIS (National Traffic Information System).
• Valid Code EC Driver's Licence.
• Valid Code A Driver's Licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
