Turner Machinist

We are looking for a skilled Turner Machinist with experience operating a conventional lathe bench to join our client’s team in Olifantsfontein.

•Operate and set up conventional lathes for machining components.

•Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate machining.

•Perform precision turning, drilling, and threading on various materials.

•Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

•Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.

•Troubleshoot and make adjustments to machinery as needed

•Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines

•Trade Tested Turner Machinist (or equivalent qualification)

•3+ years’ experience operating a Conventional Lathe.

•Proven experience as a Turner Machinist

•Proficiency in operating conventional lathes

•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

•Strong attention to detail and precision

•Reliable with a good work ethic
