PHARMA SALES PRODUCT TRAINER | PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY

Successful candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering and continuously improving product onboarding and ongoing product knowledge capability programs for Pharmacy Sales Representatives.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric
- Tertiary Qualification: B Pharm | B.Sc. Life Sciences | Pharmaceutical Sciences or relevant Healthcare Qualification or certification | ESSENTIAL
- 3 -5 years’ experience in a Training or Learning & Development role within the pharmaceutical industry | OR |
- Registered Pharmacist with 3 – 5 years’ experience in retail pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry | OR
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with the retail pharmacy market
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and product knowledge skills
- Solid working history with contactable references
- Must have excellent communication skills in English
- Well presentable and well-spoken professional disposition
- Computer proficiency: MS Office & ERP systems
- Duties include : Onboarding | Product knowledge presentation to Sales Representatives | Representative product knowledge competency | Product training | Product Launch readiness
- Own reliable vehicle & valid Driver’s Licence (no endorsements)
