Resourcing Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Resourcing Consultant to join our team in Sandton, supporting one of our established recruitment clients in the UK. We’re looking for someone who knows recruitment, enjoys the search and knows how to find and engage great talent. Experience recruiting across Renewable Energy, Construction, Engineering, IT/Technology or other specialist markets would be a strong advantage.

• Proactive candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, CRM systems and direct headhunting
• Candidate qualification, screening and interview coordination
• Building strong candidate pipelines across live and ongoing requirements
• ​​​​​​​Pipeline and shortlist management in line with client expectations and KPIs
• Accurate CRM management and consistent service delivery

• Proven experience in recruitment or resourcing
• Experience across Renewables, Construction, Engineering, IT/Technology or similar specialist sectors
• Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement skills
• Confident communication and strong organisational skills
• ​​​​​​​A proactive, driven and delivery-focused approach
• Comfortable working to performance metrics, targets and deadlines
