Job Position: Fuel Administrator

Salary: R20 000 per month CTC negotiable commensurate with qualification and experience

• Strong Administrator with proven track record of managing a large fleet’s diesel
• Excel skills – vlookups, pivot tables etc
• Strong personality and able to manage Drivers and Diesel Pump Attendants
• Good work ethics, ability to cope under pressure and good communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy of data essential
• Experience with:
- Fuel management system
- Managing of depots bulk fuel sites – ordering fuel and balancing / reconciling tank levels
- Ensuring delivery of bulk diesel is carried out timeously
- Reconciling of enroute transactions when slips are received and ensuring all slips are received each month
- Debriefing Drivers and reporting any anomalies of consumption to HR
- Managing the Diesel Pump Attendants
- Ensuring the diesel equipment is maintained and serviced by fuel provider
- Monthly fuel consumption reports (highlighting any anomalies)
- Control of fleet and petrol cards i.e. ordering new cards for new vehicles and reordering replacement cards for faulty/lost cards
