Senior Accountant

We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Accountant at an accounting firm based in Humansdorp, Eastern Cape!

The main purpose of this role is

• Produce accurate financial statements, handle tax computations, manage client relations, and provide guidance and review work for junior staff and trainees.

We require a candidate with

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Registered or eligible to register as a Professional Accountant (SAIPA) or CA(SA)
• Technical knowledge of IFRS for SMEs
• Proficient in CaseWare Working Papers and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Working knowledge of Xero and Greatsoft
• Strong bilingual communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
• Team management and deadline-driven organizational skills
