Site Manager - Construction Industry

RPO Recruitment's client, a well-established building construction company in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of building projects, ensuring that construction is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

• National Diploma in Building or BTech in Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in building construction.
• Proven experience in a Site Management capacity.
• Strong experience managing commercial, residential, retail, industrial or other building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management and building regulations.
• Good knowledge of JBCC contracts and construction administration.
• Proficiency in MS Project and/or other construction planning software.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Benefits

Salary: R480K – R540K CTC per annum
