Contracts Manager / Senior Site Agent – Western Cape

A reputable company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager / Senior Site Agent to join its Western Cape team.

This is a senior-level opportunity for an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience working for a large, established construction contractor and a proven track record across commercial, industrial, and multi-storey construction projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• SACPCMP registration required.
• Minimum 15 years' total construction experience.
• At least 10 years' experience with a recognised large construction contractor in the Western Cape.
• Previous experience specifically as a Senior Site Agent and/or Contracts Manager.
• Strong commercial and industrial construction experience.
• Extensive multi-storey construction experience.
• Strong understanding of NEC and JBCC contracts and contract administration.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects, teams, subcontractors, and commercial requirements.

• Strong contract and commercial management skills.
• Excellent leadership and people management ability.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent understanding of construction programmes, budgets, quality, and HSE.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and JBCC contractual processes.
• Ability to manage complex construction projects from commencement through to completion.
