Position Details

• Position: Finance Administrator Intern
• Location: Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal
• Contract Duration: 12 Months
• Stipend: R5,500 per month
• Employment Type: Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general finance and administrative duties.
• Capture and maintain financial information accurately.
• Assist with invoices, payments, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with reconciliations and filing of financial records.
• Capture data and maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance team.
• Assist with preparing reports and other finance-related documents.
• Ensure that financial documents are properly organised and filed.
• Perform any other finance-related duties as required.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to learn and gain practical workplace experience.
• Must be based in or around Umhlanga/KwaZulu-Natal.
