Purpose of the Job: Developing, analysing, and presenting business insights, utilizing Power BI and other reporting tools, as well as automation tools to provided leads utilizing SSIS. Work closely with senior team members to gain exposure to complex BI projects while contributing to impactful business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across reports and databases.
• Develop and execute SQL queries for efficient data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Automate lead allocation and data-processing activities using SSIS.
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS.
• Translate complex data into clear, meaningful, and user-friendly presentations for different audiences.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver accurate, fit-for-purpose reporting solutions.
• Investigate and resolve data-related issues, discrepancies, and reporting errors.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting efficiency, and automation.
• Ensure reports are delivered accurately and within required deadlines.
• Maintain and update existing reporting solutions to support changing business needs.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure reliable reporting outputs.

Minimum Requirement

• Must be a South African Citizen.
• Must have a National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
• Completed Relevant Diploma or Degree – Required or Preferred, such as:
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field, with knowledge of SQL, Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, data analysis, and reporting.
• Diploma/Degree in a related field
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a clear ITC record
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 35.Must NOT currently be employed or participating in another internship or learnership programme.
