Purpose Of The Position

To provide professional and holistic social work services by assessing the needs of clients within the Key Populations Programme and implementing interventions and processes to meet these needs. The social worker plays a central role in providing psychosocial support, case management, and community outreach to key populations, specifically Men who have Sex with Men (MSM). The position ensures that KP communities receive stigma-free, rights-based, gender-sensitive health and social services, while also contributing to advocacy and empowerment initiatives.
