Logistics Systems Optimizer

The purpose of the Logistics Systems Optimizer is to support and optimize the Transport division’s systems by ensuring system availability, data integrity, user adoption and compliance with national standards. This role serves as a key support resource for transport-related systems, providing first-line user support, monitoring system performance, facilitating stakeholder engagements sessions and assisting with the implementation of new technologies and / or projects.

This role contributes to operational efficiency, informed decision-making, and the continuous improvement of transport processes across the business through effective stakeholder engagement, reporting, and project coordination.
