ROLE OVERVIEW
The Corporate Affairs Manager is responsible for leading Sea Harvest’s external stakeholder management process , investor communications and reputation management activities. The role revolves around building trusted relationships with stakeholders in order to manage the Group’s corporate reputation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage the relationship with external public relations and reputation management agencies.
- Develop and implement the Group’s corporate affairs and stakeholder engagement strategy.
- Manage the implementation of the groups investor relations strategy
- Draft, position papers, briefing notes and other communication materials.
- Lead stakeholder engagement programmes with investors and NGOs.
- Coordinate stakeholder surveys and translate insights into actionable engagement strategies.
- Coordinate technical roundtables and executive stakeholder forums.
- Lead issues management and crisis communication planning and response protocols.
- Support integrated reporting, ESG reporting, investor communications and results announcements.
- Monitor media coverage and stakeholder sentiment and provide regular reputation reports to leadership.
- Represent Sea Harvest in relevant industry forums and external engagements.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Economics, , Journalism, Business or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification advantageous.
- Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience in corporate affairs, investor relations, strategic communications or government relations.
- Strong investor relations and corporate reporting experience.
- Experience engaging with external stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication drafting skills.
