The Spa Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth and professional daily operation of the spa reception and front desk area. This role exists to maintain a high standard of guest service, efficient administrative control, and seamless coordination of all spa bookings and guest interactions.

The position plays a key role in delivering a 5-star guest experience by leading, supporting, and motivating front desk staff to ensure consistent service excellence. It also ensures optimal scheduling of spa treatments, accurate handling of guest transactions, and effective communication between guests, therapists, and management.

In addition, this role supports revenue growth through effective upselling of treatments, retail products, and packages, while ensuring operational discipline, accuracy, and professionalism across all front desk functions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Hospitality, Front Office, Beauty or Spa qualification advantageous.
  • Experience in a spa, hospitality, or front office environment preferred .
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience advantageous .
  • Experience in handling bookings, guest services, and reception operations .
  • Strong computer literacy skills and experience with booking systems preferred .
  • Experience in cash handling, payments, and basic financial administration .
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and peak operational periods .
  • Strong understanding of guest service standards and spa or wellness environments advantageous
