Role Purpose We are looking for ambitious, curious, and driven individuals who are ready to take the first step towards building a successful career. Through our Youth Employment Services (YES) Programme, you'll have the opportunity to gain meaningful workplace experience, develop practical skills, and grow your professional capabilities within Momentum Investments.

Whether your interests lie in Finance, Investments, Customer Experience or Data, you'll be exposed to real business challenges, hands-on learning opportunities, and a dynamic environment designed to support your growth and development. This is more than just work experience; it's an opportunity to build confidence, expand your professional network, and develop the skills needed to thrive in today's evolving world of work.

Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend throughout the 12-month programme while gaining valuable industry experience and establishing a strong foundation for future career success.

Requirements

Grade 12 with below mentioned subjects.

Finance: Finance, Accounting.
Investment Management.

Customer Experience Management.
Risk Management.
Statistics and Mathematics, or other related fields.

Knowledge & Experience

Functional ability to use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
South African citizens from 18 years and above.
Unemployed at the time of application.
First-time participants in the Youth Employment Services (YES) Programme.

Duties & Responsibilities

On-the job training and learning: Exposure to both on-the-job training and asynchronous learning opportunities, ultimately building a strong career foundation in financial services.
