This opportunity forms part of the national Yes4Youth initiative and provides graduates with a 12-month structured development programme within Computershare. Through a combination of hands-on work experience, structured learning, and professional development opportunities, you'll gain valuable industry knowledge while earning a salary and building practical skills that will set you apart in the job market.

From day one, you'll be supported by experienced mentors and a dedicated team committed to your success. They will guide your learning journey, help you navigate workplace challenges, and provide ongoing encouragement and support throughout the programme.

A role you will love

As a participant in our Computershare Graduate Programme, you'll gain valuable exposure to a variety of departments and specialist areas across the business. Working on diverse projects and responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully while developing a broad understanding of the Financial Services industry. What you will bring to the role

You possess a strong work ethic and a passion for learning and developing new skills. Additionally, you excel in teamwork, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

To be successful, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID number.
  • Aged between 18 - 34 years
  • Possess a valid South African Grade 12 matric certificate.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognised South African institution with a specific interest in BCom Law, LLB and Business Administration
  • Not have participated in a Yes4Youth Programme before
  • Applicants must be unemployed
  • Maintain an above-average tertiary academic aggregate.
  • Competency in MS Office applications
  • Good English skills and numeracy
