Implementation Coordinator

Braun Management

Remote

Braun Management provides evidence-backed solutions to leadership teams struggling with internal organizational friction and unclear decision rights. We specialize in resolving structural issues that hinder growth by offering rigorous analysis rather than generic advice.

The Implementation Coordinator position is an entry level opportunity to support a major South African financial services group as they refine their internal processes. You will work alongside our senior consultants to ensure that the structural changes we recommend are documented, tracked, and executed with precision. This is a fully remote role that requires a high degree of organization and an ability to translate complex discussions into actionable project steps. This role is designed for a professional who appreciates the unglamorous but necessary work of keeping a large scale project moving forward.

What You Will Do

  • Document detailed project timelines and track progress for various workstreams within the financial services engagement.
  • Prepare written summaries of executive meetings, focusing on key decisions and specific accountability assignments.
  • Coordinate schedules between our consulting team and the client's internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Update internal project management tools with data points collected during the analysis phase.
  • Assist in the creation of structural maps that illustrate how decision rights are currently distributed versus how they should be.
  • Review project reports for clarity and consistency before they are shared with client leadership.
  • Maintain a centralized digital library of all project documentation to support long term accountability.
  • Monitor deadlines for all project phases and provide regular updates on potential bottlenecks.

What We Are Looking For

  • An interest in how large organizations function and a curiosity about complex business systems.
  • High attention to detail, especially when handling written documentation and project schedules.
  • Strong written communication skills, with an ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
  • Familiarity with standard project management software or a willingness to learn new digital tools quickly.
  • A logical approach to problem solving and the ability to organize large amounts of information.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote environment where clear communication is the primary way we stay connected.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or supportive role during your studies or early professional life.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive corporate governance data.

How We Work

Braun Management operates as a fully remote team, which means we rely heavily on written precision and thoughtful documentation. We do not spend our time in endless video calls; instead, we prioritize deep work and asynchronous communication to ensure every decision is based on evidence. Our culture is one of sober reflection and directness, where we value clarity over volume. Because we work with clients facing difficult transitions, we maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all our interactions. Each team member is expected to manage their own schedule while remaining available for coordinated project milestones.

What We Offer

  • A permanent, full time position with a competitive salary that reflects the responsibilities of the role and the current market.
  • The flexibility of a 100 percent remote working arrangement.
  • Opportunity to learn about international corporate governance and structural consulting from experienced professionals.
  • Direct exposure to the coordination of high level decision making processes within a major financial services organization.
  • A supportive environment that values individual growth and professional development for junior staff.
  • Access to the tools and software necessary to manage complex projects effectively from any location.

In this role, your work will directly contribute to the clarity and success of a major organizational restructuring. By coordinating the moving parts of our engagement with the South African financial services firm, you help turn analytical advice into structural reality. Your focus on precision and documentation ensures that our clients have a clear, written path forward long after our engagement ends.
