COFFEE SHOP MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Coffee Shop Manager to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy coffee shop

- Oversee the daily operation of the coffee shop.

- Lead, train and motivate the team.

- Maintain high standards of food quality, service and cleanliness.

- Manage stock, ordering, wastage and costs.

- Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards.

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing.

- Drive sales and maintain a positive customer experience.

- Ensure the store operates efficiently and profitably.

- 5–10 years’ management experience, preferably within the food, hospitality or coffee industry.

- Strong leadership and people-management skills.

- Confident managing, motivating and developing a team.

- A strong understanding of food service and kitchen operations.

- Food diploma/qualification or a solid food industry background.

- Previous experience working in a kitchen is essential.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Willing and able to work industry hours, including weekends and public holidays.

- Hands-on, energetic and willing to lead by example.
