EXTERNAL SALES DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR (Plastic Manufacturing Industry)– Pretoria

A well-established plastic manufacturing company is looking to appoint an External Sales Development Coordinator to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.

This role is best suited to a proactive, target-driven individual with a strong track record in new business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, securing new clients, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Minimum Requirements

Matric plus a 3-year National Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales or marketing role within plastic manufacturing environment
Proven experience in new business development (non-negotiable)
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to grow revenue
Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify gaps and opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Present and promote products, including technical demonstrations where required
Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed product information
Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and retention strategies
Represent the company professionally as a brand ambassador
Engage with clients both on-site and off-site on a regular basis
