What You'll Do

Provide exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English

Interpret conversations accurately between Spanish and English speakers

Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels

Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently

Maintain accurate records while delivering outstanding service

What We're Looking For

Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English (essential)

Customer service, interpreting, translation, hospitality, tourism, teaching, or call centre experience is an advantage

Excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
