A global healthcare company is seeking a confident, relationship-driven Business Development Officer to help expand its client base, referral network, and strategic partnerships across the healthcare, insurance, corporate, and high-net-worth markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote concierge healthcare services to corporations, insurance agencies, high-net-worth individuals, and families.
• Identify and pursue new business, referral, and partnership opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and referral partners.
• Develop referral networks with physicians, healthcare professionals, insurers, and corporate contacts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and referral sources.
• Establish strategic partnerships with corporations, healthcare groups, insurance agencies, and related organizations.
• Conduct professional outreach, presentations, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
• Support business development initiatives targeting executives, private clients, family offices, and international clients.
• Collaborate with marketing initiatives and provide market insights to strengthen service positioning.
• Track business development activities, referrals, partnership opportunities, and follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in business development, sales, marketing, referral development, or relationship management.
• Experience in healthcare, medical services, concierge healthcare, insurance, or working with high-net-worth clients is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence engaging with physicians, executives, corporations, insurance professionals, and high-net-worth clients.
• A polished, proactive, organized, and professional approach with strong follow-through and discretion.
