• Oversee daily ICU operations and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation effectively.
• Uphold hospital policies, clinical protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive quality improvement and infection‑control initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including intensivists and allied professionals.
• Ensure accurate documentation, audits, and performance reporting.
• Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassionate care.

• Degree in Nursing.
• Degree in Critical Care Nursing.
• Degree in Nursing Administration & Nursing Education (or related).
• 3+ years’ ICU Unit Manager experience.
• SANC Registered.
