Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience developing AI solutions within enterprise environments.
- Strong programming experience in Python, Java, or C++.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS or Azure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and solutions.
- Integrate advanced AI tools and technologies into enterprise platforms.
- Develop scalable and secure solutions that support banking and fintech operations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver business value through AI innovation.
- Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and performance requirements.
- Continuously optimize and enhance AI models based on operational feedback and performance metrics.
Advantageous Experience
- Previous experience within Banking, Payments, or FinTech environments.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Master's degree or PhD in a relevant technical discipline.
- Experience with AI model deployment and MLOps practices.
