Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience developing AI solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS or Azure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and solutions.
• Integrate advanced AI tools and technologies into enterprise platforms.
• Develop scalable and secure solutions that support banking and fintech operations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver business value through AI innovation.
• Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and performance requirements.
• Continuously optimize and enhance AI models based on operational feedback and performance metrics.

Advantageous Experience

• Previous experience within Banking, Payments, or FinTech environments.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience with AI model deployment and MLOps practices.
