Buscor (Pty) Ltd is inviting tenders for the provision of security services as per tender specifications for a period of 3 years to be extended for a further period based on the evaluation of the services rendered. Preference will be given to local community based enterprises as part of Buscor’s commitment to local community upliftment

A set of tender documents in English will only be obtainable from the Reception at Buscor (Pty) Ltd 8 Bulpin Street, Nelspruit, Mpumalanga upon payment of a non-refundable tender deposit of R 500.00 (Five Hundred Rand) in cash. Please make sure that you receive a receipt.

Tender documents will be available from 10 o’clock on Wednesday 9 September 2026.

Sealed tenders endorsed “Tender 2026/01” must be deposited in the tender box at the Reception Buscor (Pty) Ltd not later than 10h00 on Tuesday 25 September 2026 (the closing date.)

Any attempt to influence the tender procedure will lead to disqualification of the tender bid. Further requirements are that the tender documents be completed in full. Failing in meeting the requirements detailed on the tender documents or incomplete documents will disqualify the tender.

Late, e-mailed or faxed tenders shall not be accepted – Buscor (Pty) Ltd does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other tender.

Written notification will be given as to whether the tender was unsuccessful or successful after completion of the tender process.
